The economy queen room was stylish, with a nice touch by providing a bed for our kid. the room had convenient amenities like an electronic key card, work desk, and multi-channel TV. - the staff were pleasant and amazingly kind. - the hotel's location was close to popular places in Tuscany, including Lucca. - I also checked out Duetto d'acqua, which was relatively close to the property.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay in cute Tuscan town. The breakfast was enormous and abundant with numerous selections and had variety of food. The location was stunning, not too far away from Fontana Mazzoni. There was a great restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Good access everywhere as the train station was easy walk to the venue.

It is in the center of Montecatini and within easy access to Florence, Siena, Lucca, and other popular places in Tuscany. the overall experience was first-class. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I loved the spacious, comfortable and well-decorated room! It had both a shower and jacuzzi tub which were wonderful! The restaurant was very nice, as was the spa.
Although we were able to get by, I was surprised there were so few employees that spoke English since it is such a tourist-y town.

The hotel is located in a really old building, but is very well preserved. The interiors & our room were both beautiful. The staff were extremely polite & helpful, particularly Fabio.
The only complaint we had about this hotel was the bed, the mattress & pillows were very hard & uncomfortable. They did not make for a goods nights sleep. Slightly softer mattress & Pillows would easily give this hotel a 10 out of 10!!

I chose Columbia Wellness & Spa because of its convenient location near the landmark I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable staff who provided excellent advice on dishes and wine selections from the "Bistrot Carte" menu. I thoroughly enjoyed the typical Tuscan dishes that creatively combined ingredients, satisfying even the most refined palates. The city of Montecatini Terme is truly a magical place where well-being, culture, good food, and fun converge into a unique and intense experience.
Unreasonable cancellation policy for longer stays.

excellent cuisine, beautiful restaurant and a super staff. convenient location - close to all the term by foot. two outstanding spa center in the hotel, which is not the most modern, but allow to relax. professional masseur that in other hotels can be found not often.
The smell in the lift was not very enjoyable. Internet in the hotel is strange - apparently a proxy server is installed, but is not properly installed. I could not open my mail server and some other sites. Although with some sites network did normally work.
